Submit a Paper or Abstract

We are now accepting submissions from academics, researchers, industry experts, and thought leaders who wish to present at the upcoming conference.

We welcome original research papers that have not been published or accepted elsewhere. If you have cutting-edge insights, case studies, or solutions that could shape the future of our industry, we want to hear from you. The deadline for abstract submission is 30 May 2025. (The final paper submission deadline is 30 July 2025.)

Paper Submission Guidelines

• The first page of your paper should include:
  • Paper title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords (indicating topic area/s)
  • Full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses of all authors
• All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings.
• Papers must be:
  • Original, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. (Authors must indicate this at the time of submission.)
  • Written in English and fully formatted, including all graphs, charts, and images as intended for final publication.
  • A maximum of 6 pages, single-spaced, including all content (figures, tables, and references).
• Submitted in one of the two accepted formats:
  • Case Study: These should address projects, institutional, business, societal, and economic aspects of self-driving vehicles and their related subjects. Case studies are expected to be project-focused and practical, offering real-world insights and outcomes.
  • Scientific and Technical Paper: These should present innovations and analysis of new solutions, technologies, and methodologies used to tackle current challenges facing the industry. Scientific and technical papers should be research-oriented, technical, and theory-based.
