Paul began with a decade in flight simulation, developing the software for the instructor stations and control platforms. Then in motorsport as a developer, Product Director and Chief Technologist at McLaren Applied, Paul created the telemetry tools for F1 teams to develop their cars through data. In automated driving Paul was an early member of the UN’s VMAD group looking at international regulation for automated driving and has since been a contributor to UK CAV activities.
