Muneer Salous is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of diverse leadership experience, including more than a decade in the automotive, car rental, and land mobility sectors across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He currently serves as the General Manager for the Car rental and Leasing arm to one of the most distinguished Car dealerships in Kuwait in addition to being the Founder and General Manager of MSAdvisory.
Prior to this, Muneer held several senior leadership roles, including Business Director for Sixt KSA under AlTurki Holding, where he led multi-million-dollar contracts and operational lease portfolios for major accounts like ARAMCO and NEOM. Notably, he spearheaded strategic partnerships and new mobility projects, including the integration of electric vehicle car-sharing solutions in NEOM’s smart city initiative – providing him with firsthand insights into future-forward transportation technologies.
Muneer is passionate about the future of smart mobility and the transformative role of autonomous vehicles in reshaping customer expectations, operational models, and competitive dynamics. His current focus lies in helping traditional car rental and chauffeur-driven service providers evolve toward Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) models and autonomous-ready operational structures.
